Sambar Powder 1 teaspoon
tablespoon Oil 3
Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
Onions 3 medium sized
Salt 2 teaspoon
Urad dal 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 2 sprig

Take young and fresh ladies finger and clean and wash in water. Take ladies finger to cut small pieces.Take on pan to heat and then take oil to add pan  Set aside. Now oil hot in the pan.and add some curry leaves,urad dal,mustard seeds.Fry tha mustrad seeds and dal to take slightly goldenbrown.In the pan take cutted onion in the medium flame and now onions are smooth and. It will take about 4 minutes to cook.Add pan to cutted in the Ladies finger or Vendakkai. and then Add some sambar powder,turmeric,salt.
