Ingredients:

Snake gourd chopped - 3 cup (fresh one)                
Onion - 1 cup chopped (fresh)
Urad Dal - 1/4 teaspoon       
Dry red chill - 2 nos       
Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee - some amount required     
Coconut - Half of the coconut       
Curry leaves - 2 spring (fresh)       
Mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
Urad Dal - 1/4 teaspoon       
Cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee - some amount required      
Coconut - Half of the coconut      
Curry leaves - 2 spring (fresh)       
Mustard - 1/4 teaspoon

Snake gourd cleaning : Take young snake Gourd and clean whitish layer with sarp knife,and then cleanly wash sale mixed water fully.
