First clean the Drustic leaves,Take one pan and heat the table spoon oil in the pan,when the oil is hot and then add mustard and dry chilly,urad dal. 

and then fry and waittill dal get gold prown to heat.and chapped oinon can finally add,and mix the salt,And then onions are slightly prown and soft.now onions are slightly brown,and then add drumstic leaves clean and washed to add the pan.Take on drustic leaves to heated pan
In the medium frame fry moisture escaped and the mixture are dry,now add the shredded coconut
and fry few minutes.

INGREDIENTS for Drumstick leaves fry

peanut oil - 2 tablespoon
shredded coconut - 3 heaped tablespoon
mustard seeds - 2 teaspoon
salt - 1 teaspoon
urad dal - 2 tablespoon
moringa leaves (drumstick leaves) - 3 cups
red chillies - 3 dried
medium onions - 3 chopped


INSTRUCTIONS

Take pan and oil,and then Heat a 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and when the oil is heated, add in the some mustard seeds,and take  urad dal and dry red chillies. Let it wait till the dal turns golden brown to sputter.
And Add in the pan to finally chopped onions and some salt. Fried till the onions are slightly brown  and soft.
Now add in the dried,cleaned,and washed drumstick leaves to heated pan. Fry it on medium flame and then all the moisture has cleared and the mixture is completely dry.
Add in the shredded coconut and fry briefly for a some minute. Off heat and remove in the pan.and then Serve hot with rice and gravy,chapatti or roti.
